Job Role – Customer Service Team Leader
We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Service Team Leader in Negombo. Your role will be to lead and support the customer service team, handle customer inquiries, improve service strategies, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle escalated customer issues
- Monitor and improve team performance
- Ensure efficient daily operations
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and team management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Negombo
- English & Tamil speaking is a must
- Experience in logistics or courier service is an advantage
