We’re hiring a Documents Team Lead to manage a team handling document verification, fraud prevention, and onboarding quality. This is a full-time remote role open to international applicants (non-U.S.). The team works on a rotating 24/7 roster.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team that reviews healthcare documents
- Monitor queues and workflows to ensure fast, accurate processing
- Train and coach agents on risk, quality, and communication
- Coordinate with other departments (Support, Legal, Product)
- Improve systems and processes based on trends and feedback
What You Need
- Experience managing or coaching frontline support or document teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage performance metrics (TAT, QA, SLAs)
- Confidence in working with sensitive data and handling ambiguity
- Bonus: background in healthcare, compliance, or credentialing
System Requirements
- Stable internet (15Mbps+), quiet workspace
- i5 processor or higher, 12GB RAM minimum
- Ability to work across EST & PST time zones and weekends
