Job Title – Support Engineer at Ericsson (Sri Lanka)
Ericsson is hiring a Support Engineer to help solve technical issues for Dialog Sri Lanka. You’ll work on fixing network problems, improving performance, and supporting customer systems. You’ll also help manage incidents and guide technical teams.

Department: Head of Support – NACI-1
What You’ll Do:
- Solve customer technical issues quickly and accurately
- Monitor and improve network performance
- Help with customer projects and manage risks
- Work with different teams to solve complex problems
- Share knowledge and support continuous improvement
What You Need:
- Experience with Ericsson NFVI, cloud systems, Kubernetes, and 5G technology
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge in system performance, data analysis, and customer support
- Willingness to learn and work with new technologies
