About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Write clean, secure, and test-driven code
- Fix bugs and improve existing code
- Support system integration testing
- Help with technical documentation and system design
- Follow Agile and Scrum methods
- Manage a small development team
- Perform peer code reviews
- Communicate blockers and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
- 3 – 4 years of experience in software development
- Strong skills in Python
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum practices
- Good understanding of databases and CI tools
- Fast learner of new technologies
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
