Role Overview

We are looking for a remote Sales Executive who is enthusiastic, results-oriented, and passionate about generating and converting leads into loyal clients. You’ll play a key role in driving growth through outbound sales, cold outreach, relationship-building, and strategic follow-ups. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
  • Present services confidently to international clients over video calls and digital platforms.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to support long-term retention.
  • Understand client logistics needs and propose customized freight solutions.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare and negotiate service contracts aligned with company standards.
  • Submit accurate reports and maintain consistent daily follow-up routines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable selling remotely to clients in diverse geographies (U.S. & Canada).
  • Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Quick learner who adapts well to different industries and products.
  • Prior BPO sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
