Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and self-driven Remote Tour Executive to join our expanding global travel team. This work-from-home role is ideal for someone passionate about tourism, capable of creating compelling itineraries, and experienced in digital marketing and client communication. Key Responsibilities
- Design personalized travel itineraries for inbound and outbound clients
- Build and manage B2B relationships with international travel agents and partners
- Develop, price, and update tour packages based on market trends
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, and destination highlights
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging apps
- Coordinate tour bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Contribute to marketing strategy and branding initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tourism, travel coordination, or digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid understanding of Sri Lankan tourism and international travel trends
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design/content tools is a plus
- Hands-on experience with social media engagement and audience growth
- Proficiency in managing bookings and building tour packages
- Must own a computer/laptop and have a reliable internet connection
- Experience with B2B tourism sales is an added advantage
