Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance in Sri Lanka.
• Manage fit approvals, pre-production meetings, and inspections (inline and final).
• Track production progress (WIP) and report issues.
• Communicate inspection results to head office.
• Inspect packaging components and verify label accuracy.
• Maintain daily inspection reports and WIP tracking.
• Support customer and licensor QA processes, audits, and CAPs.
• Track color, fabric, and trim approvals.
• Handle sample requests and special QA tasks.
• Assist in vendor management, compliance, and sourcing strategy.
• Manage POs and shipment coordination in SAP.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in textile/garment quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, trims, and QA techniques.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Degree in Textile or related field.
• Good communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe).
