About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven Quality Assurance Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces innovation. This role requires a solid foundation in QA methodologies, a proactive mindset, and an interest in applying Gen AI techniques to elevate testing standards. Key Responsibilities
- Apply deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to validate software quality.
- Perform both manual and automated testing, incorporating Gen AI-powered testing insights where applicable.
- Conduct web application and API testing using tools such as Postman and Apache JMeter.
- Analyze and validate data using SQL/MongoDB and scripting languages.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum teams, working closely with developers and product managers to ensure continuous quality.
- Participate in the CI/CD pipeline and align testing strategies with DevOps processes.
- Build and maintain automated test cases using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, REST Assured, and more.
- Adhere to documentation standards and contribute to test planning and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years industry experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Experience using Gen AI tools or frameworks in testing environments is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting.
- ISTQB certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
