Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Quality Management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 environments
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English with Sinhala or Tamil
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Honest, responsible, and a good team player
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on Quality Management System (QMS) performance
- Keep documents and records up to date
- Manage and improve standard operating procedures
- Ensure ISO and compliance standards are maintained
- Manage vendor relations, including trials and complaints
- Conduct vendor evaluations
- Handle Quality Assurance ERP system
