Job Role:
• Collaborate with the Factory Manager to plan production based on targets, forecasts and stock levels.
• Coordinate and ensure smooth factory floor operations by conducting daily meetings to confirm raw material availability and the achievement of production targets while maintaining quality.
• Oversee material receipts, ensure accurate work order documentation, and manage timely handover of finished goods.
• Track production KPIs, present daily, weekly, monthly updates to Management and drive efficiency improvements while controlling costs.
• Foster teamwork, ensure adherence to Company and factory guidelines, and maintain discipline within the team.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and continuously improve SOPs in line with good manufacturing practices.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Any other tasks/projects as requested by the Management.

Candidate Requirements:
• Passionate about Sri Lanka; you’re committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Food Science/Technology or related field of Education.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG, production or manufacturing industry.
• Higher National Diploma in Food Science/Technology & minimum 5 year’s relevant experience can also be considered.
• Knowledge of quality systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Assurance processes and HACCP protocols within the food industry.
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English & Sinhala.
• Proficiency in IT & MS Office packages.
