Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement team and manage sourcing of materials and services.
- Create strategies to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
- Work with suppliers (local and international) to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with planning, production, and logistics teams.
- Control procurement budgets, stock levels, and delivery timelines.
- Study market trends and compare supplier performance.
- Handle supplier contracts and negotiations.
- Ensure all processes follow company policies and industry standards.
Your Profile:
- Degree in business, supply chain, or logistics.
- Several years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
