We are hiring a full-time Personal Assistant to the Chairman at Grandax Synergies (Pvt) Ltd in Colombo. You will handle daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing documents, and supporting communications. You must be professional, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience in diary management and clerical tasks
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information
- A degree in Business Administration or similar is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage
