Key Responsibilities
- Run in-store promotions and merchandising to boost sales.
- Handle branding materials, outlet displays, and POS setups.
- Plan and carry out product launches, roadshows, and brand events.
- Coordinate with vendors and supply chain for timely delivery of materials.
- Manage billboard ads and other outdoor branding.
- Monitor market trends and competitors and provide marketing insights.
- Handle marketing admin work like PR/PO documentation.
Candidate Profile
- A degree or diploma in Marketing or Business Management.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing (FMCG/retail preferred).
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
- Willing to travel for events and fieldwork.
- Hands-on, energetic, and detail-oriented attitude.
