Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Improve logistics, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
  • Work with Procurement, Sales, and Production teams to meet business needs.
  • Track warehouse capacity and manage seasonal changes.
  • Train and manage warehouse teams.
  • Ensure safety, food quality, and loss prevention.
  • Support continuous improvement and performance goals.
  • Handle any other assigned responsibilities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Additional qualifications like Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or food manufacturing.
  • Or 5 years of experience with a diploma or relevant training.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala. Tamil is a bonus.
  • Willing to work on-site at our factory in Katana.
