Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations for raw materials and finished goods.
- Improve logistics, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
- Work with Procurement, Sales, and Production teams to meet business needs.
- Track warehouse capacity and manage seasonal changes.
- Train and manage warehouse teams.
- Ensure safety, food quality, and loss prevention.
- Support continuous improvement and performance goals.
- Handle any other assigned responsibilities.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Additional qualifications like Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or food manufacturing.
- Or 5 years of experience with a diploma or relevant training.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala. Tamil is a bonus.
- Willing to work on-site at our factory in Katana.
