Job Description:
CA Sri Lanka is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Manager Examinations – Technical. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our examination processes, contributing to the development of accounting professionals in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in the work relating to the examination process.
- Be an excellent team player in conducting assessments of students at all levels of the examinations conducted by CA Sri Lanka.
- Ensure compliance with the curriculum of CA Sri Lanka and the manual of examination procedures when carrying out examination work.
- Assist the examination panels in maintaining the required level of professional standards in accordance with local and global pronouncements on professional education.
- Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality in all matters concerning the examination process.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Examinations Consultant.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A graduate from a recognised university with a minimum second-class upper division pass.
- Must be a member of CA Sri Lanka or any other professional accounting body.
- Preference will be given to those who have an MBA.
- A minimum of three years of post-qualifying experience in a recognised organisation or experience in examination-related work in a similar organisation would be an added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Sinhala and English, together with sound IT skills.
