Cost Analysis and Control
You will oversee the complete costing function, ensuring that all expenditures are accurately captured, monitored, and reported. This involves preparing detailed cost reports and identifying areas where efficiency can be improved to reduce expenses without compromising on quality.
Budget Preparation and Monitoring
Developing and managing budgets will be one of your key responsibilities. You will work closely with management and department heads to ensure budgets are realistic and aligned with the organization’s financial goals. Tracking performance against these budgets will help highlight variances and corrective measures.
Pricing Strategy Support
You will contribute to pricing decisions by providing detailed costing insights. This ensures that the company’s services remain competitive in the market while maintaining profitability.
Financial Reporting and Forecasting
