Role Overview

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be a key contributor to our transportation and finance coordination efforts. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses a solid understanding of logistics administration, cost tracking, and vendor coordination. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless backend logistics processes that support our front-end operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate purchase requests related to transportation and administrative expenses while ensuring timely documentation and approvals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost breakdowns for transport vendors, facilitating clear and transparent billing processes.
  • Engage with third-party transport vendors to collect invoices and credit notes, and manage the creation and validation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
  • Liaise closely with the finance team to ensure timely invoice processing and vendor payments, while troubleshooting any discrepancies.
  • Support operational logistics activities beyond standard working hours when required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Finance is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in 3PL or logistics companies is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and work with analytics.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, when operational needs arise.
