Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Production (Organic) to support the day-to-day operations of our organic supply chain. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and passionate about sustainable practices, ensuring that our organic operations run efficiently and remain fully compliant with certification standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production staff and oversee the daily operations of the organic factory.
• Assist in factory planning and manage overall production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely shipment dispatch and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency and effectiveness through continuous process enhancements.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operational flow.
• Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements related to organic certifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inspection, and traceability documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or HND in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or a related field would be an added advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in organic operations or organic production is mandatory.
• Knowledge of organic standards (e.g., EU, USDA, local organic certifications) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
