Villa Black Boulders seeks a Villa Caretaker for its property in Minuwangoda. You will manage daily villa operations, assist guests, maintain cleanliness, handle meals, and ensure the property remains in excellent condition for visitors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.

• Maintain the villa to a high standard—clean, organised, and always guest-ready.

• Handle housekeeping, laundry, and general upkeep of the property.

• Prepare simple, high-quality meals when guests request.

• Handle minor maintenance tasks or coordinate with service providers.

• Keep track of household supplies and restock when needed.

• Communicate clearly with guests and villa management.

• Support guest satisfaction—encourage positive reviews and provide suggestions to improve bookings and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or villa/guest-house management (preferred).

• Good communication skills and pleasant personality.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly.

• Cooking skills will be an added advantage.

• Must be trustworthy and able to handle property responsibly.

• Recently obtained Police clearance certificate and Gramasewaka certificate are compulsory.
