Job Summary

The Travel Assistant will support travel operations, assist in flight ticketing, manage tour arrangements, and deliver exceptional customer service while learning GDS systems and travel tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn and work with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).

• Support flight ticketing and tour arrangement operations.

• Deliver excellent customer service to travelers.

• Assist in coordinating travel-related tasks under supervision.

• Engage in learning opportunities to enhance industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Passion for the travel and tourism industry.

• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.

• Undergraduate or Diploma student in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality.

• Interest or basic understanding of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).

• Training or coursework in airline ticketing is an advantage.
