Job Summary

The Tech Lead (.NET Core) – Credit & Cards role leads a dynamic agile team developing enterprise-grade software on the Microsoft .NET stack. This position requires technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to quality software delivery within the fintech and payments environment.

Responsibilities

• Define user stories, tasks, and timelines aligned with project goals.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure team awareness and communication during daily stand-ups.
• Maintain and share knowledge across team members.
• Escalate performance issues to HR and Head of Software.
• Maintain software quality using Sonar Cloud quality gates and code reviews.
• Monitor solutions, create dashboards, KPIs, and alerts for proactive issue handling.
• Foster collaboration and team spirit.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to design, test, and maintain applications.
• Assist in documentation of user requirements.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in recruitment and assessments of new team members.
• Stay updated with the latest software development trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in software development.
• Proven experience in fintech, digital lending, or financial services focused on credit or payments.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, gateways, and reconciliation.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server development.
• Experience in various software development methodologies.
• Expertise in requirements capture, analysis, and process improvement.
• People management and leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to lead project delivery within structured environments.
• Desire to remain technically proficient in emerging technologies.
