Quess Lanka seeks a Support Desk Executive on a contract basis for its Dematagoda location. You will handle inbound and outbound calls about campaigns, resolve customer issues, update CRM records, and meet call targets while supporting marketing objectives.
Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls related to Master Stroke offers, promotions, and services.

Conduct outbound calls to inform customers about new campaigns, offers, and added benefits.

Deliver clear, accurate information while ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently.

Accurately record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support ongoing campaign objectives.
Qualifications

Education: GCE A/L or equivalent (Diploma in Customer Service/Marketing is an added advantage).

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or call center role (preferred).

Strong verbal communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil is a plus!).

Excellent listening skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
