Key Duties

As a Student Service Manager, you will play a central role in supporting students’ academic and personal growth while managing essential student services. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and academic support programs.

• Coordinating with lecturers and academic teams to ensure smooth delivery of course modules.

• Overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) to maintain up-to-date and accessible content.

• Managing student inquiries, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Organizing student engagement initiatives and institute-led events to foster a vibrant campus experience.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Background in Education, Training, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and external stakeholders.

• Prior experience in higher education administration is advantageous but not essential.
