Job Summary

The Student Enrollment Executive manages the end-to-end enrollment process for conference participants, maintains communications, coordinates documentation, supports marketing, and ensures smooth operations for academic events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end enrollment process for conference participants

• Maintain communication with prospective attendees

• Provide detailed information about programs

• Manage enrollment documentation

• Address participant inquiries

• Work with cross-functional teams to support marketing and outreach efforts related to academic conferences

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse participants and addressing inquiries

• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage enrollment processes and logistics effectively

• Sales and marketing skills to promote conferences and increase participant enrollment

• Proficiency in using CRM and office software tools for managing participant information and documentation

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic tasks

• Previous experience in academic events or conference management is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related professional qualification in sales and marketing field is preferred
