Job Summary

The Spa Front Desk Associate will handle guest relations, appointment management, and payments while maintaining a welcoming, professional spa environment at Mahaweli Reach – Nivara Spa.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests professionally
• Handle phone calls & WhatsApp inquiries
• Manage appointment bookings / scheduling
• Check-in & check-out customers
• Handle payments (cash / card)
• Maintain a neat, elegant reception area

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (English required)
• Pleasant personality & well-groomed appearance
• Basic computer / mobile application skills
• Previous spa / salon / hotel experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
