Job Summary

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and enhance the company’s digital presence through creative campaigns, engaging content, and data-driven strategies that align with brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Plan and manage social media calendars to ensure brand consistency and timely posts.
• Create captivating written, graphic, and video content that reflects our brand voice.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, suggesting improvements for engagement and growth.
• Stay up to date with trends, platforms, and competitor activity in the coffee, F&B, and lifestyle industries.
• Engage with online communities, respond to queries, and nurture brand advocates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or retail industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and social media tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil will be an advantage).
• Creative mindset with basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Passion for coffee and lifestyle branding will be a big plus!
