Job Summary
Stephen Innovations is hiring a full-time remote Social Media Marketing Intern. The role involves creating engaging digital content, coordinating creative teams, and managing social media advertising campaigns across multiple business pages to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Responsibilities
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (posts and reels)
• Manage graphic designers and video editors to deliver high-quality content on time
• Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms
• Run targeted ads via Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
• Manage and grow multiple business social media accounts
• Handle customer interactions through Google and social platforms with excellent negotiation skills
Qualifications
• Prior experience in social media marketing and content writing
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and TikTok advertising
• Ability to lead and coordinate creative teams (designers/editors)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely from Monday to Saturday
• Fluency in English and Sinhala is a plus
