Job Summary

The Social Media Manager & Content Writer develops and manages digital content that supports brand visibility and guest engagement. The role drives social media strategy, produces written material, and collaborates with teams to maintain consistent brand communication across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage W15 Collection’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally to foster a positive online community.
• Track and analyze social media metrics, reviews, sentiment and performance and prepare regular reports.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and initiatives to support marketing goals.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, and Event teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all social media channels.
• Monitor brand reputation and sentiment on social media and address any issues or crises promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
• Create high-quality written content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
• Optimize content for search engine visibility and user engagement, leveraging SEO and SGE best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including designers, video editors, and subject matter experts, to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, digital media, and the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Writer or similar role, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including CMS and social media management tools.
• Understanding of SEO and SGE principles and best practices for optimizing written content for search engines and driving organic traffic.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
