Petroluxe seeks a Social Media & Customer Experience Associate for its Kohuwala location. You will manage social media, handle customer inquiries, assist with sales, and coordinate with service teams to ensure a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all social media platforms (content, photos/videos, reels & posting).

  • Run ads, respond to inquiries & generate leads.

  • Manage customer messages/calls & provide updates.

  • Assist walk-in customers and support sales conversions.

  • Coordinate with workshop, detailing, tint & sticker teams.

  • Maintain a professional, friendly customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Instagram/Facebook/TikTok.

  • Good communication skills – English & Sinhala.

  • Ability to manage customers confidently.

  • Experience in sales or customer handling is an advantage.

  • Interest in cars/automotive is preferred.

  • Organized, punctual & proactive.
