Job Summary
The Social Media Content Specialist role drives the creation of original digital content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals. This position leads ideation, production, and publishing across platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and high-quality output while coordinating workflows and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
• Ideate, create, and publish original content across social media channels
• Produce compelling text, visuals, and short-form videos
• Occasionally appear on camera for brand content
• Manage content calendars and track deliverables
• Coordinate with internal and external teams
• Ensure campaigns run on time and on brand
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation, digital storytelling, or influencer-led brand work
• Social-first content creation (text, image, and short-form video)
• On-camera confidence and storytelling ability
• Video and photo editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva
• Experience with content/project management tools (Notion, Trello, Airtable)
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
• Understanding of paid/organic performance analytics
