St. Anthony’s Hardware seeks a Service Coordinator for its Colombo office. You will coordinate service teams, handle customer support, process orders, and assist with promotional activities.
Responsibilities

Coordinate Service team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support.

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.

Good computer skills (MS Office).

A team player with high level of dedication.

Should possess the GCE (A/L).
