Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead oversees software delivery, aligns project execution with technical standards, and guides engineering teams. The role manages development cycles, ensures code quality, integrates modern technologies, and maintains efficient workflows across backend, frontend, microservices, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in designing, building, and delivering scalable solutions.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review and test code to maintain high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar (postgraduate is a plus).
• 7-9 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-4 years in a technical lead role.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, or C#, .NET Core.
• Front-end experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular 2+.
• Solid understanding of Microservices and cloud technologies.
• A strong technical foundation, combined with leadership and mentoring abilities.
