Job Summary

This role requires you to design and enhance scalable systems using Java and Python. The position demands strong cloud-native development skills and the ability to build secure pipelines, APIs, and data solutions. You will support innovation through research while collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure efficient deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
• Build and manage modern CI/CD pipelines, primarily with Jenkins.
• Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs, utilizing OAuth2 with JWT for authentication.
• Implement and optimize background processing with Spring Batch and Spring Scheduler.
• Apply industry-standard design patterns and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes (K8s) and AWS.
• Develop robust data solutions leveraging PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Contribute to Generative AI (GenAI) projects using AWS, Azure, and optionally, multi-agent systems.
• Engage in research and development activities, including proof-of-concept implementations and continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native application development.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for innovation and problem-solving.
• Capable of working independently and taking the lead on proof-of-concept projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
