Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager – Residence Sales drives luxury property sales through strategic planning, client relationship management, and collaboration to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive residence sales by identifying potential clientele.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Provide exceptional client service and ensure sales targets are met.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies.
• Report on sales performance regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residence Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
• Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development, Contract Negotiation, and Lead Generation.
• Knowledge of Market Analysis, Competitive Trends, and Luxury Real Estate Sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with proven leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Relevant sales experience in real estate is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
