Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Digital Liability Products will oversee the growth and management of the bank’s liability portfolio, including savings accounts, debit cards, and fixed deposits. This role drives product development, marketing strategy, and digital initiatives to increase market share and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Manage and grow the bank’s liability portfolio, including savings accounts, debit cards, and fixed deposits.

• Digital Product Growth: Position Genie Digital Account within target markets and drive acquisition and usage to increase customer base and market share.

• Product Development: Lead product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and new product launches.

• Market Research & Insights: Conduct market studies to understand customer needs, analyze trends, and develop competitive strategies.

• Marketing Strategy: Develop multi-channel marketing strategies and oversee execution across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.

• Campaign Management: Drive promotional campaigns and digital initiatives to enhance product penetration and profitability.

• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.

• Budget Oversight: Manage annual marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8 years in liability sales and product lifecycle management, with exposure to digital banking or fintech.

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, Management, Data Science, or related discipline.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of fintech products, digital marketing, and partnership strategies.

• Skills: Creativity, trend analysis, project management, and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Mindset: Strategic thinker, results-driven, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
