Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Inventory role focuses on overseeing daily inventory operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day inventory operations process.
• Maintain accurate stock records, update inventory systems, and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and issuance of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
• Implement best practices to improve inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Part qualification in AAT / ICASL / Business Management / Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
