ProActiveChain seeks a Senior Account Executive for Client Management at its Pepiliyana office. You will act as the main client contact, manage supply chain performance, track KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational goals.
Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply chain performance for each client account.

Conduct regular client meetings (weekly/bi-weekly) and maintain clear, professional communication.

Track and report on KPIs such as Run Out Days, In-Stock Rate, and Demand Accuracy (minimum 85%).

Collaborate closely with internal teams—Forecasting, Operations, Procurement—to ensure execution meets client expectations.

Identify and resolve client concerns, potential delays, or supply chain inefficiencies.

Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting using internal tools (Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, WeChat, etc.).

Recommend value-added services and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in client account management, supply chain, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with international client exposure.

Proficient in using data management and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, etc.).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients in parallel.

Flexibility to adjust meeting times occasionally based on client region and time zone.

Background in e-commerce or logistics is a plus.
