Job Summary

The Salesforce Administrator manages system configurations, ensures data integrity, and supports technical and user-related operations. This role focuses on optimizing Salesforce functionality and maintaining efficient service delivery across business units.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and prioritize support requests from help desk, service delivery staff, and users.
• Investigate incidents, problems, and other support requests within areas of competence.
• Monitor progress of support requests and keep users informed.
• Support service level management in monitoring problem impacts on service levels.
• Assist with implementation of remedies and preventative measures.
• Provide accurate responses to support requests through system modifications, workarounds, or escalations.
• Initiate and document problem resolution actions.
• Liaise with development staff or software suppliers on system enhancements.
