Job Summary

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will promote international study programs, engage directly with prospective students and parents, and build partnerships with local schools and institutions. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, attend events, and support student recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market our UK, New Zealand, and other international study programs to prospective students in Kandy and surrounding regions.
• Conduct outdoor field visits, participate in school and institutional promotions, and attend educational exhibitions and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, students, and local networks.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital, print, and face-to-face.
• Provide detailed information and guidance to clients about application processes, program options, and visa procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment preferably within the education or consultancy sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle and driving license – fuel allowance will be provided.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Kandy and nearby areas.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
