Job Summary

The Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager role supports property buyers and sellers through informed guidance, market evaluation, and relationship building. The position requires proactive client handling, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to meet performance expectations in a dynamic real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise buyers and sellers in the marketing and purchasing of real estate properties.
• Lead negotiations using strong negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Understand and analyze market trends to guide clients on maximizing their return on investment.
• Develop a deep understanding of the property inventory across different market segments.
• Match the best properties to meet the specific requirements of clients.
• Proactively manage client relationships and maintain a professional and positive rapport with all clients.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Utilize CRM tools and systems to track client interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication.

Qualifications

• A diploma, degree and/or fully or part completed professional qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in either corporate banking, key account management, business development or handling high value sales is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and have effective problem-solving skills.
