Job Summary

The Sales Floor Associate role focuses on converting showroom visitors into customers, maintaining high service standards, and supporting sales operations. The position requires strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Convert potential customers visiting the showroom into sales.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfactions through excellent service & follow up.
• Ability to identify customer needs & to propose innovative ideas to increase sales.
• Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Build strong working relationship with all supporting teams.
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing showroom operations and providing excellent customer care.
• An enthusiastic individual with a customer-centric mindset.
• Minimum qualification requirement is GCE A/L and more professional qualification.
• Strong written/spoken English and Sinhala.
