Job Summary

The Sales Executive will promote travel products, engage with clients, and achieve set sales targets while maintaining high service quality and strong business relationships.


Responsibilities

✔ Promote and sell flight tickets, tour packages, hotel stays, and travel insurance to clients.
✔ Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate customers.
✔ Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or social media channels.
✔ Provide professional travel advice and customized solutions based on client needs.
✔ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔ Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
✔ Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
✔ Stay up to date on airline promotions, visa regulations, and travel trends.


Qualifications

✔ Minimum 1 – 3 years of proven experience in travel sales, ticketing, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
✔ Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
✔ Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is preferred but not required.
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a small hybrid team.
✔ Passion for travel, positive attitude, and a target-oriented mindset.
