Job Summary

This role supports the Kandy branch by managing customer inquiries, coordinating service-related communication, and preparing essential reports. It also involves customer engagement and telephone line handling to maintain smooth service operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Handling customer inquiries for new sales
• Obtaining customer feedbacks after the services
• Prepare monthly reports which connects to Marketing / Operations
• Handling the company main telephone line and active involvement for customer service

Qualifications

• School Leavers who have passed three subjects in G. C. E. Advance Level.
• Any professional qualification in related field will be an added advantage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in Written and Spoken English is essential
• Valid Riding License is mandatory
