Hichemicals seeks a Sales Executive for Indenting Sales in Colombo. You will manage client-supplier coordination, handle sample logistics, and ensure efficient order processing and customer follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Indenting Sales activities — connecting customers with foreign suppliers and ensuring smooth coordination from inquiry to delivery.

• Handle sample management – maintain stock, issue samples, and track sample records.

• Coordinate sales and collections, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with customers.

• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (written & verbal).

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

• Part qualifications in CIM/SLIM or equivalent professional studies will be an added advantage.

• Previous experience in B2B or industrial sales is preferred.
