Job Summary

The Sales Executive will drive business development, manage client engagement, execute marketing campaigns, and support operational activities, ensuring consistent revenue growth and brand presence locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for our tech solutions

  • Prepare compelling business proposals, conduct product demos, and close sales

  • Build and manage client portfolios – ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities

  • Represent Overleap at meetings, events, and expos to generate new leads

  • Create high-engagement content (Reels, TikToks, product teasers) to boost brand awareness and product interest

  • Manage and schedule digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms

  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, product launches, and both online and offline events

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and propose data-driven improvements

  • Maintain CRM records, proposals, and follow-ups in a structured format

  • Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and internal coordination with finance

  • Support day-to-day office operations and logistics for meetings and events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Creative mindset with confidence to create content and drive campaigns

  • Bonus if you’ve used tools like Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite or other content platforms

  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn and grow quickly
