Job Summary

The Signature Collection seeks an experienced and creative Sales Consultant in Colombo to manage international travel trade accounts, craft tailor-made itineraries, and deliver exceptional client experiences while upholding the brand’s luxury travel standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle international travel trade accounts and direct client inquiries from first contact to booking confirmation.
• Create exceptional tailor-made travel proposals that reflect brand values and attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with hotels, guides, and experience providers.
• Manage quotations, negotiate rates, and ensure seamless communication with partners.
• Collaborate with operations to exceed client expectations throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in inbound tourism sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English (other languages are a plus).
• Good knowledge of Sri Lanka’s travel products and experiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple proposals and clients simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive, and customer-centric mindset.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Maldives products (preferred).
• Experience with high-net-worth travelers or luxury travel agents.
• Command of a foreign language is an advantage.
