Job Summary

The Sales Associates will engage potential customers, deliver training sessions on services, manage sales leads, and ensure clear client communication while contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales efforts

• Deliver training sessions about services offered

• Manage sales leads

• Ensure effective communication with clients

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service

• Proficiency in Sinhala /Tamil Language

• Strong understanding of Sales and Sales Management principles

• Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with clients

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative mindset

• Familiarity with digital platforms or online learning technologies is a plus

• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree program is preferred

• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Sinhala & Tamil both, will be an advantage
