Job Summary

The Sales Assistant – Power Tools will be responsible for promoting and selling Dinapala Group’s range of power tools to walk-in and potential customers. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing in-store displays, and achieving sales targets while maintaining showroom standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Dinapala Group products to walk-in and potential customers.
• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and sales events.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Support the Group Sales team with operations, deliveries, and assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Label and display products with accurate price tags before showroom placement.
• Work at any Dinapala branch as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or retail (preferably in power tools or electronics).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
