Job Summary

The Sales Assistant will support daily retail operations at the Negombo Showroom by ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and driving sales to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.

• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure a clean, organized showroom.

• Provide product information and styling suggestions to customers.

• Handle billing and payment processing accurately.

• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Ensure all customer interactions reflect the Spring & Summer brand values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in retail or fashion sales.

• G.C.E. (O/L) qualification.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
