Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Associate will execute marketing strategies, promote casino experiences, and maintain strong relationships with guests. The position requires active engagement with customers, contribution to promotions and events, and collaboration with the team to support business growth and enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to attract new guests.
Maintaining relationships with members and customers.
Providing excellent customer service.
Interacting with guests.
Promoting the casino’s facilities and services.
Generating leads and achieving sales targets.
Assisting in organizing promotional events.
Analyzing market trends.
Collaborating with the team to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests and handle inquiries or concerns.
Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with an ability to strategize and execute promotional campaigns.
Basic Training abilities, including onboarding team members and sharing sales and marketing knowledge.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work on-site and adjust to a fast-paced, customer-centered environment.
Prior experience in hospitality or entertainment industries is advantageous.
Proficiency in additional languages will be an added benefit for communicating with international guests.
